The Student Services Centre can be found on the ground floor of Winchester House Campus and in the Registry Building. It is open Monday-Friday 9.00-5.00pm. If you can’t visit us in person you can telephone on 020 7553 0430 or email at studentcentre@clc-london.ac.uk

The Student Centre provides a broad advice and information service as well as administrative tasks such as registration and student ID cards, help with your student records queries, letters and transcript requests.

Learner Support Centre (Level 0, Winchester House)
All students will find the support services provided by the Centre (see below) invaluable.

Registration
Material in the Centre is only available for loan to students who are required to register their details at the desk

Journals
An expanding selection of journals, complementary to those held in the library, is available.  The collection relates to a range of subjects including Accountancy, Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Personnel and IT. Journals are recorded, and then displayed weekly, monthly or quarterly according to publication.  Prior to display, they are briefly scanned for any relevant or useful articles which are photocopied and filed in the relevant file. All journals are available for loan EXCEPT CURRENT JOURNALS on display which are for reference only.

Company Information
The Students Support Centre keeps the latest five years Annual reports and Company information for a wide selection of UK and International companies in English. Alternatively these can be downloaded from the internet (e.g. www.ft.com).

Reading List Material
Copies of journal articles and other material your lecturer has recommended that you read, may be available from the Centre. This material is for Reference only but may be photocopied.

Photocopying
Please visit the reprographics room where a member of staff would help you photocopy.  There is a minimal charge which is displayed on the reprographics room.

Computing Facilities
There are 3 Computer Labs, two on Level 0 for all Students’ use and one on Level 2.  Computers may be booked for up to a maximum of three hours per day and 1 week in advance. Timetables of classes are available at the Student Services Centre. The labs are open from 09.00 to 20.00 Mon-Thurs and 09.00 - 17.00 Friday.

High quality Black and White as well as Colour Laser Printing is available from the Reprographics room. 

Fax
We will send Faxes on Students' behalf.  Private faxes are charged at UK 50 pence per sheet, International £1.00 per sheet
