Course Overview

A part-time course for adults working in a legal environment involving conveyancing work. This course will enable you to become a qualified Conveyancer.

Licensed Conveyancers are specialist property lawyers.

What is Conveyancing?

Transferring the ownership of a house, flat or piece of land from one person to another is known as conveyancing.  Legally anyone can do it for themselves, if they have the necessary time, knowledge and confidence.  However, most people prefer to employ a professional.

What is a Licensed Conveyancer and what can they do?

A Licensed Conveyancer is a specialist property lawyer, someone who is trained and qualified in all aspects of the law dealing with property.
