Diploma in Personal Training
It’s designed to provide learners with the knowledge, understanding and skills to work unsupervised as a personal trainer in sport and active leisure. Learners who successfully complete this qualification will be eligible for registration with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) as a Level 3 Personal Trainer.

- Design, Manage and Adapt a Personal Training Programme with Clients
- Deliver Exercise and Physical Activity as Part of a Personal Training Programme
- Apply the Principles of Nutrition to Support Client Goals as Part of an Exercise and Physical Activity Programme
